Respecting and supporting our staff
This is huge for us. Our staff are what make Corb Ltd. From our attentive office staff, to our skilled engineers, we support them every step of the way. We always make sure they have the most up to date training in the industry, as well as supporting their personal development.
More importantly though, we spend time together as a team. We are all foodies, so on Fridays, we treat the whole office to some goodies and just take a minute to hang out. This part is just as important as the training to us. We have a team that works well together and enjoys it. That’s huge! We couldn’t be prouder of our team.
We’re committed to looking after our planet
Being environmentally friendly is so important to us, especially with the industry that we’re in. We have our own environmental policy and we are so passionate about reducing our carbon footprint. From changing how we dispose of our office waste, and what supplies we use, to a whole company step challenge! Our company values are our staff’s values too and we believe in achieving together.
We’re all about building strong communities
We cover the entire West Midlands and we’re very proud to do so. We always want to make sure we are supporting our community though. It’s so important to give back. That’s why we constantly fundraise for the Midlands Air Ambulance. We do Dress Down Fridays each week to raise money on their behalf, not to mention, host various events throughout the year. Keep an eye on our social media to see when the next one is.
Honesty is the best policy
We’ve mentioned this before, but in our industry, we are responsible for keeping you and your business safe. That’s why honesty is so important. It keeps everyone safe and secure. Both our clients and our team are always kept fully up to date with what’s going on. We know we deliver the best possible service, that’s why we’re open about what we’re doing for each step of the process.
Work needs to be enjoyable
There will always be difficult times, but if you have the right team and the right mindset, work should always be enjoyable and we are big advocates of that. You will always find our kettle on and our door open for our team and our clients. When you’re a part of Corb Ltd, you are taken care of.
We also like to do things a little differently to keep the fun going. For example, we’re hosting a murder mystery event this summer for all of our staff and clients. It’s events like this we love! We look forward to seeing you there. Be warned, we’re like MI5 level good here at Corb!
