We do not collect payment information, and we do not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies. We do not use CCTV or automated decision-making on this website.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up in relation to a quotation, contract or service you have requested. We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately consent to this.
4. Legal basis for processing
We rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) to process your enquiry data — our legitimate interest being the ability to respond to business communications from prospective and current clients. Where you have given explicit consent (including by ticking the checkbox on our enquiry form), we rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR).
5. How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for 12 months after your enquiry is resolved or, where it leads to a contract, for the duration of that contract plus six years for contractual records. After this period, data is securely deleted.
6. Who we share your data with
Your enquiry is delivered via Formspree (a US-based form processing service) acting as our data processor. Formspree stores submissions on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses to protect personal data transferred there. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
This website is hosted for us by Hellenic Digital Ltd. Like most websites, it keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running; these are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no compelling reason to keep it
- Restriction — ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
To exercise any of these rights, email info@corbltd.co.uk. We will respond within one calendar month.
8. Cookies
This website uses only essential functional cookies (a session token used by the contact form and a preference cookie to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice). No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are set. See our Cookie Policy for details.
9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
